I ended up getting a text from Kai ( an agent at State farm) and he let me know he could help and also said we could come into his office if we felt better doing that which was great to me because I do prefer face to face interaction when it comes to something like this. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable about everything we asked! He made me feel comfortable and like we will be well taken care of. The rates was lower than other places also.
